Nourish the Body Sit or lie quietly and take six deep breaths. Inhale through your nose, visualizing the air coming in as pink in color. Hold the breath for several seconds while visualizing a healthy pink glow traveling throughout the body. Exhale through your mouth and visualize the air going out as dark green in color. This very simple process of inhaling pink and exhaling green will help release excess emotions, nourish the physical body, and assist in regaining balance.
