Creative Focus Meditation
Choose one aspect of your life that drains your energy and needs purifying. Sit quietly with your eyes closed and take a few deep breaths.
Create a vivid picture in your mind of the situation needing your attention. This can be a relationship, a problem at the office, your physical health, or your financial stability. As you take a few more deep breaths, ease the emotions out of the picture and observe what remains.
As you see the matter more clearly, use your strong mental clarity and strength to change the picture into exactly what you would like it to be. Create a healthy, realistic outcome for the situation.
Focus on this positive picture and spend a few moments relaxing and free of worry. You'll feel stronger and refreshed after giving the situation this healing energy.
