Question
I've come a long way in my spiritual growth, but no matter how much positive change I've made the one pattern that I am stuck in is a lack of money. I am in a perpetual cycle where even if I get money it goes fast. I feel that I am trapped in an energy vibration that doesn't want to change. I come close but then it goes right back to the same.
Answer
Your question addresses a problem so many face - no matter how things change there never seems to be enough money. Financial issues come into our energy through the base (red) energy center, and that center also focuses on patience, vitality, setting boundaries, passion, and anger. These aren't the only issues highlighted, but the ones that most people need to examine first. To make room for enough money, keep your physical body healthy, and set your personal boundaries (so that you don't let cash escape or share what you don't have). Then truly explore things that you feel passionate about. As I heard recently, if you do what you love, you'll never work again. If you feel anxious about money, stop immediately and do some color breathing. Simply inhale through your nose visualizing the color red then exhale completely through your mouth visualizing the color blue. This color exchange will help calm your energy leaving room for new financial ideas to surface.
Question
I feel like I'm stuck in a rut. I've been desperate for at least 3 years for change, and although I've been told that "life will be wonderful for me" it seems that only more negative things keep happening. I don't seem to able to know what I want to happen, I haven't a clue how to change. My work is not fulfilling me yet I have no idea of an alternative and I have a lot of pain and bitterness over past relationships. At the moment I am unable to even decide if I should be in a relationship with this guy I see a lot of, or wait for another guy who I have feelings for...
I think I'm the sort of person who goes out and gets what she wants, but I just don't know what I want! Can you give me any advice to stop my life going round in circles?
Answer You must separate your energy flow. Give yourself a few times each day to focus only on your career (your goals, wishes, dreams) even if they are not yet clear. It is urgent that you begin to think of one issue at a time - you fast-moving mind tries to do too much and only confuses you.
Try to spend the next few months busy in self-exploration and feel free to ask me for further input if I can be of help as you think about your career and your relationships.
Going around in circles is a rather common response to life, and a pattern that can be changed. You have lots of energy - I know you can "get what you want" from life, but you need to practice focusing your energy on one thing at a time. This is not the time for an ongoing relationship - in fact, I'd suggest you go a few months without becoming involved in an intimate relationship. Let the old relationships wounds heal and don't invite in anymore issues for now. I don't believe this man you mention is the right one for you for now.
