Question
I am writing from England to ask you how I can get spiritual guidance in my life. How do I know when spirit is talking to me? Please help.
Answer
To be more able to hear spirit talking to you, you must clear your energy a bit. Take good care of your physical body; try to remain emotionally balanced; don't let your mind get away from you (thinking/worrying too much). Try sitting quietly for a few minutes and simply breathing deeply. Many times spirit talks in a whisper, or you will just "know" something that you need to do for yourself and your growth. Be patient and trust yourself. Sometimes a personal consultation, an inspirational book, or even a walk in the woods will spark a time of renewed growth.
Spiritual guidance is everywhere in your life - all you have to do is open up to the world and the people around you. Your spirit is alive and well and it wants to do everything it can to help your life be content and filled with personal growth.
Question
My friends and I had a seance. We were told by several spirits saying/telling me "help her, Jess, help her, Jess." We then asked when am I supposed to help, and it said 5, meaning 5th. Previously a contact had told us/me to be with her in 2 days because she will need my help, which is also the 5th, but mind you they were family. But, one butted in and said you don't know me and proceded to warn us. Can you please help?
Answer
Please, please do not conduct these spirit contacts without a very experienced person there. I have done my work with the spirit world for many years and have known many people who became confused and frustrated after trying to contact the spirit world without the proper information or protection. I don't mean that you aren't aware and honest in your wishes to help, but it's not a very healthy path to take. For this particular incident, I suggest you simply be open to whatever happens (happened?). Feel free to let me know what has happened.
