Question
I believe that after all these years without a relationship I'm falling in love. I feel elated, frightened, happy, sad, nauseous, joyous - every possible emotion. How do I know if it's real and what do I do now? Strange, strange feelings are taking me over.
Answer
Boy, are you in love. You have all the symptoms - seems insane, doesn't it? How could a little word like "love" cause so much excitement in your body, your mind, and your spirit. Trust me, it's the most powerful emotion we possess. I can sense from your energy that you are truly attracted to this woman - and that you're truly ready for a new, healthier-than-in-the-past relationship. My advice is to move very slowly, more slowly than you may like, into this relationship. She's been hurt in the past and is a bit fragile at the moment, but she can heal and accept the love you have to offer. So, congratulations and enjoy.
