Question
How do I learn about my past lives? Do I have to spend a lot of money to have someone hypnotize me or can I do it by myself?
Answer
I have been conducting past-life regressions since 1977, and find the process exciting and so very interesting. No matter your belief system, a past-life regression can be a very informative and very relaxing experience. When approaching the idea of a regression, remember that there are three possible explanations for the experience: 1. it is a true past-life experience of your soul; 2. it is a genetic memory (experience of a great-great ancestor); 3. it is purely your imagination creating a scenario from which you can learn. From my many years of experience, I believe it is always a learning experience that is necessary for personal growth. It is my feeling that you do need to visit a trusted professional. Self-hypnosis is not a good choice for past-life work. You need someone there to be aware of your needs and to ask the appropriate questions as you travel to other times and places.
