Question
My life is so positive and healthy in so many ways; I have a fantastic marriage, good relationships with family and friends, a house in the country that is peaceful, and am generally doing exactly what I choose with my life. However, I have suffered with headaches since the age of 12 and now that I am almost 40, I not only have severe daily headaches, but have a variety of other illnesses that make me feel awful much of the time. I have been doing energy work for the past year and while that has helped me in many ways, my physical symptoms persist. Can you tell me what is causing this and what more I can do to regain my health?

What a thoughtful question. You certainly have done lots to balance your energy - congratulations on all of your accomplishments. What I find important for you to realize is that most people focus on their physical issues first, then follow up with emotional and spiritual growth. You have done just the opposite. You were so determined to follow your highest spiritual goals, that you didn't stop at the physical body. I do believe you can be much healthier, but you must continue to be patient. There is much that can be done "naturally" - continue with your energy work, healthy foods, and the remedies that feel right from day to day (herbal remedies, homeopathics, etc.). Try stronger visualizations for your headaches (and other aches and pains). Your mind is a powerful tool and harnessing it in the most productive way is imperative. Question
I have to retake my Clinical Practice exam on 18 May 2006 to complete my degree in Western Herbal medicine. Will I pass?
I am passionate to be involved in a self sustaining project in Zimbabwe engouraging 100 resettled farmers to grow medicinal herbs, process them and establish a Clinic and learning center working with the local traditional healers. Is this visible in my future.

Thank you for the interesting question. Your energy is very alert and determined, and you should do well in whatever you try. Working to create the clinic you mention could be very challenging, but that should not deter your determination. You can do whatever you set your mind to, and don't forget that. Even if the going is difficult, stay your course and you'll grow and learn along with your endeavors.
