Question
I am so frustrated with the world situation - war, poverty, hate. Maybe it's a silly question, but what can I do to make the world a better place for my children and grandchildren? I feel so helpless.
Answer
Thanks for your thoughtful question. The first thing you must realize is that there's a lot that you can do. Start by taking full responsibility for your life - make your personal environment as "green" as possible. Next, get involved in local, grassroots political organizations. Thirdly, regularly contact your senators and representatives so that they know how you feel. You have so much strong energy, you can truly make a difference - just get out there and do it!
