Question
I believe that I am a very creative person. I also believe that I am supposed to be creative and share with others. If I'm doing the right life work, why is it that when I go deeply into my creativity I begin to feel so sad? Sometimes it's hard to pull myself back into a "regular" place. Will I feel sad for the rest of my life? I can't imagine giving up my creations.

Answer
It is very common to feel sad, and even heavy, when you're in creation mode. You are drawing from your lower energy centers quite a bit and that's sometimes hard work. You can avoid such deep sadness if you make sure to stop occasionally and take a deep breath. Also tell yourself to bring lots of intuitive insights into your creative flow - intuitive energy is not so heavy and you can relax your energy more easily. The most important thing is to recognize the energy patterns you have. Pat yourself on the back, take a deep breath, allow your intuition to flow freely, and the sadness will lessen. You may still feel that sadness occasionally, but it will only visit for a few moments.

Question
Why do I have these Indian Spirits around me? I see them, I feel them, and I feel a deep love and understanding of them.

Answer
Thanks for your question. My ancestors were American Indian and I, too, have sensed spirits around me from time to time. When my father was on his death bed, he saw four Indians standing quietly watching in the corner of the room.

My sense of your particular interaction is that they are there simply as a reminder to you to embrace your spirituality. It's important that you gently move forward with your heart and your mind. Be open to any subtle messages and know that they are there only for protection and as a reminder of your powerful spirit.
